  •  Maintaining records about a motor vehicle operator's license issued by U.S.A.R. BMV

  • issue, deny, revoke, suspend, or cancel a motor vehicle operator's license issued by the U.S.A.R. BMV

  •  Drivers Licenses are issued by the United States of America Republic BMV authorizing an individual to operate a motor vehicle on public streets, roads, or highways.   

  •  Prohibiting the operating of a motor vehicle while under the influence of, or impaired by, alcohol or a controlled substance.   

  •  Enforce traffic violations arising in connection with a fatal traffic accident, reckless driving, or racing on the highways.   

  •  We, Seek remedy for one failing to give aid or provide identification when involved in an accident resulting in death or personal injury.   

  •  We,  do not tolerate perjury or knowingly of one making a false affidavit or statement to officials about activities governed by a law or regulation on the operation of a motor vehicle.

 

The name of the Province State providing the information; and the individual's legal name, date of birth, sex, and, at the Secretary's discretion, height, weight, and eye and hair color the social security account number if used by the State for driver record or motor vehicle license purposes, and the motor vehicle operator's license number if different from the social security account number.

The Director of  the Bureau Motor Vehicles as the chief driver licensing official of the United States of America Republic may request the Secretary of Transportation to refer electronically or by United States mail, a request for information about the motor vehicle driving record of an individual to the Bureau Motor Vehicles as the chief driver licensing official of the United States of America Republic and shall maintain all driving records.
